enforcement of rules

hi guys,
just a little pointer. The guys on the counter have been instructed that they need to be on top of the game by making sure that players are registered, wearing correct colour shirts and shin pads.
they have also been told that they should be taking goalscorers.
i hope that they start to re inforce these rules to make the leagues a better standard.

UPDATE ON FOOTBALL PITCHES

I acknowledge the football pitches are not in as good a condition as they should be.
I have been trying to get the people who installed the pitches to fix the problems but with no result.
We started a court case to resolve the situation and as you are aware nothing works quickly when lawyers are involved.
The supplier is required to submit their defence this week, so I should know shortly when they intend to fix the pitches.
I hope the case will be completed in the near future so we can go ahead and fix the pitches to a proper standard.
